We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when it comes to clothing. Therefore, we are pleased to offer exchanges for size-related issues. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, you may exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@BadMonkofficials.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on support@BadMonkofficials.com on the same email thread. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a defective product, share images at support@BadMonkofficials.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
